All of our drivers are thoroughly trained, background checked and randomly drug tested to provide the best possibly customer service in the safest and most secure way possible.

We are the only limousine service in this area with The United States Secret Service security clearance for VIP, Diplomat and Dignitary transportation!

C & C Limousines, Inc. currently services limousine and corporate transportation in the following areas: All of Escambia County, Fl (Pensacola, Century, Molino, Cantonement, Beulah, Pensacola Beach and Perdido), All of Santa Rosa County (Pace, Milton, Navarre, Jay, and Gulf Breeze), Okaloosa County (Crestview, Fort Walton, Destin, etc). We are also licensed for pickups in Orange Beach, Mobile and Foley, Alabama. Unlike some of our competitors, we are licensed and insured for any and all interstate travel.

Our vehicles are usually stored at our office and may be viewed any time during normal business hours, by appointment. Please feel free to call our office and schedule a time to come by. It is always a good idea to preview any limousines in person prior to your rental to ensure that the limousine you are ordering is the one you will get. The pictures on our fleet page are actual photos of the limousines we provide!

The sooner the better! Our limousines book extremely fast, especially during prom season. You should think of providing at least three weeks advanced booking; however, it never hurts to see if a limousine is available at anytime.

For Proms, as soon as you know that date of the prom, you should reserve a limousine. Please understand that there are 70 public schools in Escambia County alone, and often 3 or more proms on a single Saturday night. There aren't enough limousine companies in the Pensacola area to supply all of the demand on a single Saturday night in say, mid-April (the height of Prom Season), so please book as soon as you can!

The time starts when the limousine arrives at the first pick up address. The time ends when the final drop off is made. Overtime will be charged at 15 minutes past the hour and is billed at half hour increments.
NOTE: We do not "split times"- in other words, we don't drop you off at your destination and pick you up later without paying for the in-between time.

C & C Limousines, Inc. has a Federal D.O.T. number and Federal Motor Carrier number which requires the driver training, initial and random drug testing, safety training and a seven year driving history review. All of our chauffeurs are over age 25, and have impeccably clean motor vehicle driving records, and have undergone background checks. Each driver has also had extensive in-house chauffeur training.

Our cancellation policy is reflective of our commitment to professional limousine service.

• Any reservation cancelled two or more weeks prior to the reservation date forfeits the deposit for that reservation.
• Any limousine reservation cancelled between two weeks and forty-eight hours of the limousine rental will lose half of the total charge for that reservation.
• Any reservation cancelled within 48 hours makes the reserving party responsible for the entire amount of that reservation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, we no longer have availability for that reservation’s time window and therefore have to turn away other sales that request that limousine in that time frame. Most reservations are made at least three weeks in advance so we cannot usually sell that time slot within the two week time of the date requested and almost never within 48 hours.

We currently accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and cash. No checks. All deposits, however, must be made via credit card for security purposes.

Deposits are generally 20-30% of your total. Cash is not accepted for deposits, credit cards only due to security purposes. Checks may be used, however check deposits must be made at least 4 weeks prior to any reservation to give time for the checks to clear.

We currently add an additional 20% gratuity to all hourly, flat fees and package runs. You are more than welcome to tip the driver extra, if you wish, but please note that all of our drivers receive the full 20% we charge as a standard gratuity. Due to the recent flux in fuel prices all limousine rentals are subject to a 5% fuel charge. We do not charge any taxes, delivery fees or hidden charges. It is always a good idea to confirm the “out-the-door” price of any limousine rental with whatever limousine company you decide to book with.

If paying the balance in cash, the full remaining amount of the rental is due by the time the limousine arrives at the first pick up location. Credit card balances will be run for the remainder of the contracted amount up to two days prior to the run, unless other arrangements are made by the customer. Checks are accepted as payment only when received by our office 3 weeks prior to reservation. Pick up and drop off rentals are due at the time of booking.

C & C Limousines, Inc. offers all of the above. Our typical hourly minimum is three hours, unless it is for any school proms which are in a very high demand. School prom rentals are a six hour rental minimum. We do offer pick up; and drop off rates, or point to point charges and they are dependent upon the vehicle used and distance from point “a” to point “b”. Please keep in mind that point to point runs are just that – point to point. Any additional stops, pickups or drop offs can result in extra fees. Our package rates are variable, depending on hours used and the type of vehicle requested. Basically we calculate the hours used and discount that total by as much as 20%!!
